The maintenance and restoration of KASHO scissors is carried out exclusively at KAI Europe Service Department, in Germany — the group's official European technical support center KAI Japan.

There, each pair of scissors is subjected to scissors inspection, cleaning and rejuvenation process, strictly following the same quality standards and specifications which are applied during the scissors made in Japan.

Service Process

Disassembly and cleaning of all components

Check for wear on the blades and tension mechanism

Scissor rejuvenation and adjustment with special machines KAI, designed to maintain the original profile and cutting angles without causing damage to the metal

Final quality control and cutting test, as is done in KAI Japan factories

Cleaning, lubrication and packaging before returning to the professional
