The promotion, presentation, sale, transfer-storage, delivery and any return of our products displayed on this website as well as the security of your transactions are governed by these terms of use, which we invite you to read before navigating the online store and making your purchases. Your navigation in the online store as well as the making of any transaction or communication with our company means the unconditional acceptance of these terms of use by you. In case of disagreement or reservation for part or all of these terms you may send your relevant e-mail to the e-mail address info@kasho.gr before your navigation or the transaction is made, otherwise the acceptance of all terms by you is unconditional.

Our company reserves the right to modify, renew or upgrade at any time and without prior notice of the user/consumer/visitor/member of the e-shop (total or couplers): a) part or all of these terms of use, b) part or all of the content of the e-shop and c) part or all of the external appearance (interface), structure or configuration of the e-shop as well as its technical specifications. It is your responsibility to read them at regular intervals, as the Terms in force at the time of the preparation of the Agreement (as defined below) are also applicable.

Contract of sale – Order of products.
The information contained in these Terms and the details contained on this website does not constitute a proposal to sell but an invitation to update. A contract will not be deemed to have been drawn up between us and you in respect of any products unless your order is expressly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order and the money has already been deducted from your account, then these will be refunded in full.

To place an order you will be asked to follow the purchase procedure and press the “COMPLETE” button. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). Receiving the email confirms the completion of the order and its acceptance by us.

Product Availability
The products offered through this website are available in Greece and abroad. All product orders depend on their availability. In this light, in the event of difficulties in supplying or depleting the products in stock, we reserve the right to inform you either by phone at the number you have indicated or by email about similar products of equal or superior quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order such similar products, we will refund to you the amount you may have paid in full.

Reject Order
We are not responsible to you or any third party for the withdrawal of any products from this website, as well as for the removal or processing of any material or contents of the website or for the refusal to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

Delivery.
Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 5 above concerning the availability of products and subject to exceptional circumstances in this regard, we will make every effort to complete your order for the product(s) listed on the Order Confirmation up to the delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date has been set, within the estimated time period shown when you choose a payment method, and in any case within no later than 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. The delivery of the products takes place through the partner carrier and the shipping time at the local level is between three and four (3-4) working days from the next day of Order Confirmation and worldwide depending on the destination. Deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays are made upon request with the carrier and at an additional cost.

However, delays may occur in cases such as, depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances.

If for any reason we fail to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this and offer you the option to either continue the purchase by setting a new delivery date for our part, or cancel the order with a full refund of the money.

For the purposes of these Terms, the “delivery” will be deemed to have been made or the order will be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party at your behest, other than the carrier, has acquired the physical possession or control of the products, which will be demonstrated by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

Don’t deliver.
If it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, he will leave you a note explaining where your order is and what you will need to do to receive it and will contact you by phone. If, after 10 days from the time your order is available for delivery, this order has not yet been delivered for reasons not attributable to our fault, we will assume that you wish to cancel the Agreement and the Agreement will be deemed to have been completed. As a result of the expiration of the Agreement, we will refund to you free of interest any payment we have received from you as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of the date on which the Agreement has expired.

In case of loss of your order due to a carrier error we will inform you about this and we will take care if you still wish to complete the order to replace and re-send to you the same products, otherwise we will refund you free of interest any payment we received from you.

Risk Transfer and Product Ownership.
Responsibility for the products is transferred to you once you or a third party acting at your behest, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products. Ownership of the products passes into your hands either by the complete collection by us of all amounts due in relation to the products, including shipping costs, or by their delivery (as defined above in clause 7 if it takes place after the collection.

Price and Payment.
The price of each product will be the one specified at any time on our website, except in cases of obvious error. We always make sure that all prices on the website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to re-confirm the order at the corrected correct price or cancel it. If it is impossible to contact you, we will consider that your order has been cancelled and we will refund you in full any amount you have paid. We are not obliged to supply you with any products at the wrong lowest price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation), in case the error in price is obvious and indisputable and can reasonably be recognized by you as the wrong price. Prices on our website include VAT but not shipping costs, in case you in charge of Shipping Expenses. The moment you press the “Complete Order” button you confirm that your credit card is valid and has an adequate balance. Credit cards are subject to validity and approval checks by your card issuer. If the issuer of your card does not approve the payment, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to contract with you.

Return Policy.

1 Return and/or replacement policy for defective products – Changes in goods.

In case you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation it means that you have received the product unconditionally from our company. In case you wish to be sent a new product for replacement, the new product will be sent to you without any additional charge.

If the product you have received is demonstrably defective from its manufacture, then: for clothes, shoes, clothing accessories you may request their replacement with the same or another product of your choice and/or the issue of a credit memo, or an interest-free refund of the money paid if the product you wish to replace is not available, provided that you send the relevant electronic order no later than five (5) days after receipt.

You can also change within thirty (30) days any product you purchased from eshop in our retail store. Changes of goods are made through the Return Form which details the entire process. You will then need to call our partner carrier in order to pick up the products from you and return them to our business headquarters. Upon receipt by us, we will return to you new goods of your choice, of equal value to those that are replaced. A self-evident condition is that the products replaced are in excellent condition as delivered. You are only charged the cost of returning the products to us.
