The display, presentation, sale, transport-storage, delivery and any return of our products displayed on this website as well as the security of your transactions are governed by these terms of use, which we invite you to read before navigating the online store and making your purchases. Your navigation in the online store as well as the carrying out of any transaction or communication with our company means the unconditional acceptance of these terms of use by you. In case of your disagreement or reservation for part or all of these terms, you can send your relevant e-mail to the electronic address info@kasho.gr before your navigation or making the transaction, otherwise your acceptance of all terms is unconditional.

Our company reserves the right to modify, renew or upgrade at any time and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor/member of the online store (in whole or in part): a) part or all of these terms of use, b) part or all of the content of the online store and c) part or all of the external appearance (interface), the structure or composition (configuration) of the online store as well as its technical specifications. It is your responsibility to read them at regular intervals, as the Terms in force at the time of the conclusion of the Agreement (as defined below) are the applicable ones.

The company also reserves the right at any time, without justification and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor/member of the online store to cancel, suspend or terminate the operation of the online store. The user/consumer/consumer/member of the online store acknowledges and unconditionally accepts all of the above by simply browsing and/or using the services of the online store.

If you have any questions regarding the Terms or the Data Protection Policies, you may contact us using the contact form. The Agreement (as defined below) may be executed, at your option, in any of the languages in which the Terms are available on this website.

The Use of Our Website
By using this website and/or submitting an order through it, you undertake:

a. Use the website only to submit legitimate inquiries or orders.

b. Do not place false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably believe that such an order has been placed, we have the right to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.

c. Provide us with correct and accurate e-mail address, postal address and/or other contact information.

You also agree that we may use this information to contact you if necessary. If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we cannot process your order.

By submitting an order through the website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Sales contract – Product order.
The information contained in these Terms and the details contained on this website do not constitute an offer to sell but an invitation to inquire. No contract shall be deemed to have been formed between us and you in respect of any products until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order and the funds have already been deducted from your account, then these will be refunded in full without interest.

To place an order you will be asked to follow the purchase process and click the “COMPLETE” button. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). Receiving the email confirms the completion of the order and its acceptance by us.

Product Availability
The products offered through this website are available in Greece and abroad. All product orders are subject to availability. In this light, in the event of supply difficulties or product out of stock, we reserve the right to inform you either by telephone at the number you have provided or by email, regarding similar products of equal or superior quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order such similar products, we will refund you the amount you may have paid in full, without interest.

Order Rejection
We shall have no liability to you or any third party for the withdrawal of any products from this website, as well as for the removal or editing of any material or content of the website or for the refusal to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

Surrender.
Subject to the provisions of clause 5 above regarding the availability of products and subject to exceptional circumstances, we will use our best efforts to complete your order for the product(s) listed in the Order Confirmation by the delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time period indicated when you select a payment method, and in any case no later than 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. The delivery of the products is carried out via our partner carrier and the delivery time locally is between three and four (3-4) working days from the day following the Order Confirmation and worldwide depending on the destination. Deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays are made after consultation with the carrier and at an additional charge.

However, delays may occur in cases such as, depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and offer you the option to either continue the purchase by setting a new delivery date on our part, or to cancel the order with a full refund without interest.

For the purposes of these Terms, “delivery” shall be deemed to have taken place or the order shall be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party on your behalf, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of the order receipt at the agreed delivery address.

Non-delivery.
If it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, they will leave you a note explaining where your order is and what you need to do to collect it and will also contact you by telephone. If, after 10 days from the time your order is available for delivery, the order in question has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will assume that you wish to cancel the Contract and the Contract will be deemed to have expired. As a result of the termination of the Contract, we will refund to you, without interest, any payment we have received from you, as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of the date on which the Contract expired.

In the event of your order being lost due to a carrier error, we will inform you and, if you still wish to complete the order, we will arrange for the replacement and re-sending of the same products to you, otherwise we will refund any payment we received from you without interest.

Transfer of Risk and Ownership of Products.
Responsibility for the products passes to you when you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products. Ownership of the products passes to you either upon our receipt in full of all amounts due in respect of the products, including delivery charges, or upon delivery of the products (as defined in clause 7 above if this occurs later than collection).

Price and Payment.
The price of each product will be that set out at any time on our website, except in cases of obvious error. We always take care to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm the order at the corrected correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled and refund you in full any amount you have paid. We are not obliged to supply you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation), where the error in the price is obvious and undisputed and can reasonably be recognised by you as an incorrect price. The prices on our website include VAT but not shipping costs, in the event that you are charged with Shipping Costs. Based on our company policy, shipping costs for your purchases within the Greek territory over ……………….euro (………..€) are free for you, while for purchases under ………..euro (.,,,,,€) you are charged the amount of four euros ( …€). Shipping costs for your purchases within the European Union are free for purchases over ……… euro (………..€) while for smaller purchases you are charged …… euro (…€.). Finally, for shipping costs for purchases outside the European Union you are charged the amount of ,,,,,,, euro (,,,,,€) regardless of the value of the purchased products. Prices may change at any time, however, subject to what is specifically stated immediately above, any changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent to you.

Once you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, they will be added to your shopping cart and the next step is to proceed with the order and pay. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, completing or verifying the information requested at each step. Furthermore, during the purchase process, before payment, you can change your order details. You are provided with a detailed description of the purchase process in the Shopping Guide. The file with all your orders is available in the “My Account” field. Payment can be made via cash on delivery, with Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards and via PayPal.

To minimize the possibility of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted in the secure environment of the bank you will be directed to. The bank reserves the right to request pre-authorization of your card to ensure that there is sufficient credit balance to complete the transaction.

Your card will only be charged once your order has been dispatched from our warehouses. If payment is made via PayPal, the amount will be charged upon confirmation of your order.

By clicking the “Complete Order” button, you confirm that your credit card is valid and has sufficient funds. Credit cards are subject to validity and authorization checks by your card issuer. If your card issuer does not authorize payment, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to enter into a Contract with you.

Returns Policy.

11.1
Right of Withdrawal.

If
you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the Contract within 14
calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period expires after
14 calendar days have passed since the day on which you or a third party

the expiry of 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party

Withdrawal Results.

withdraw from this Agreement, we will refund you interest-free without delay

You are responsible for any impairment of the value of the products as a result of their treatment that alters their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Necessary conditions for exercising the right are: The product must not have been used, no labels or markings (e.g. stickers, brand markings, etc.) on the products from clothing, footwear and accessories must have been removed. Also, all items must be returned in the excellent condition they were received, without damage, without any defect (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging), and they must also be accompanied by all the necessary documents.

1 Return and/or replacement policy for defective products – Merchandise exchanges.
Our company takes every possible measure to ensure that all products (regardless of type) are specially and carefully packaged in order to reach you without damage. In very rare cases, however, there is a possibility that one of these products may be damaged during shipment to you or that you may receive a product with a defect. For this reason, and regardless of your aforementioned right of withdrawal, which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.

If you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally received the product from our company. However, if you find that there is damage and/or a defect in the product, then you can inform us by contacting us by phone at (+30) 210 988 7636 or by e-mail: info@kasho.gr, stating whether you wish to be sent a new product for replacement or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. In case you wish to be sent a new product for replacement, the new product will be sent to you without any additional charge.

In the event that the product you received is proven to be defective in its manufacture, then: for clothing, shoes, clothing accessories, you can request their replacement with the same or another product of your choice and/or the issuance of a credit invoice, or an interest-free refund of the money paid if the product you wish to replace is not available, provided that you send the relevant electronic order no later than five (5) days from receipt.

You can also exchange any product you purchased from the eshop at our retail store within thirty (30) days. Exchanges of goods are made through the Return Form where the entire process is detailed. You will then need to call the carrier cooperating with us to collect the products from you and return them to our company headquarters. After receiving them from us, we will return new goods of your choice, of equal value to those being replaced. A prerequisite is that the products being replaced are in excellent condition as delivered. You are only responsible for the costs of returning the products to us.

The entire content of this website, i.e. indicatively and not limited to texts, photographs, drawings, commercial and financial data, programs, files of all kinds, trademarks/logos, the layout of the company, etc., are the intellectual property of the company and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek Law, European Law and applicable international conventions on intellectual property. Under no circumstances should their appearance and display on our website be construed as a transfer and/or assignment of a license and/or right to use them. Based on the above, therefore, the total or partial copying, distribution, transfer, processing, storage, reproduction, republication, modification and any related action on the above elements is expressly prohibited, without the express prior written consent of the company. Otherwise, the above actions may constitute an infringement of the intellectual/industrial property rights of the company, which reserves the right to claim any positive and consequential damage caused to it in accordance with the provisions of applicable legislation.
